@itssaramorgan: Forkful of Summer Episode 4: Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Sliders 🍯 Recipe: Chicken - 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts - 1/2 cup chicken broth - Drizzle of @Mike’s Hot Honey - 2 tsp salt - 1 tsp pepper - 2 tsp paprika - 2 tsp onion powder - 2 tsp garlic powder Coleslaw - Bag of slaw - 3/4 cup mayo - Drizzle of honey - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 1 tbs apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp mustard - 1 tsp paprika Buns - @KING’S HAWAIIAN rolls - 2 tbs butter - 1 clove garlic - Parsley - Flakey salt - Cheese of choice (Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese) Instructions: 1. Preheat crockpot on low for 30 minutes. Then put chicken, chicken broth, and seasonings in. Cook for 6-8 hours depending on how much chicken you add 2. Once the chicken is close to being ready, prepare coleslaw and garlic butter 3. When chicken is ready add buffalo sauce 4. Preheat oven to 425 5. Slide rolls in half and add chicken and cheese to the bottoms, and garlic butter on the tops 6. Keep separate and throw in oven until cheese is melted and the tops are starting to brown 7. Take out of oven and add coleslaw, pickles, and flaky salt to the top. Enjoy!
