Please always keep a slight bent knee or arm. By law as a student athletic trainer in college we had to post a sign saying keep it bent or tear your retina. You can look it up. If stand straight for repeated times over long ( any time over 5 min ) can tear or dislocate your retina.

Girl I just got out of my boot from broken metatarsal after 3 MONTHS 😩 I started walking again yesterday and my foot is so sore all.the.time. But I am thankful to be healed- that experience was soul crushing. I have an even higher respect for those with disabilities.

Do you keep the speed on 10 or on the one that goes through the speeds? I have interstitial cystitis (bladder pain) and it hurts to walk so I am just starting to use this and want to lose weight and help with my cellulite but don’t know which speed to use.

How do you think this would work for someone with MS and low muscle tone? Me, I’m someone lol. I can’t do certain movements because of the lack of muscle in my legs now so over time I have had to do a lot of weight exercises to keep the muscle mass
