the salmon here is the best. I'd call that "main land poke". Hawaiian poke is even better but hard to find. I miss foodland every day.

Fish in the Pacific Northwest is on a whole different level. World famous for salmon and people are very particular about it 😊 I used to work on the fish pier in Seattle 🫶
