She’s right. They should have had a revolving door of people come in to meet tiki and then decide who he goes to. That would help his anxiety.

people don't remember that if it wasn't for Isabel, there would be *NO* tiki right now. he would have been euth'd because of his fear and trauma. he is ALIVE and LOVED because of Isabel, we should be thankful for her saving dogs lives.
