@getsomedays: Where should we go next? 👀 PART ONE ☝️ Kellogg’s in Manchester was some of the most fun I’ve had on the simulator as part of our workplace menstrual equity training. Big companies making big changes to policies is SO IMPORTANT for setting examples of standard practice. More companies should be implementing training and updating policies like this 📢
then add in the Period Poops, Leg shooting pain, migraines, and STILL having to do the daily work tasks, concentrate, and family life

You need to have someone hook up front and back to test! They need to feel the back cramps too 😬😬

These simulations should be done man v woman, when it’s only men it enforces the notion to men that women will make dire choices when on their period whereas a woman vs man on the simulator will show them that they can handle it much better

The most fun is in middle and high school when things are still new and also out of whack. I used to throw up, that was real fun.

Y’all I get the negative comments re Kellogg, but Gary Pilnick (American) said THAT, not either of these guys. This is clearly the UK branch 🤷🏻♀️

The migraines for me - I get a migraine for around 4 days when it’s my time of the month on top of that. No one told me that the older i got and more kids I had - the worse the pain would get! Women are warriors! 🙌🏻

This is eye opening, however, I think this may be dangerous. Would these men in future avoid hiring women?
