Imagine the officer, the grandma, the random lady who works at dcfs tried to help her... some people just can't get out of their own way... crying racism is not a defense when you are in the wrong. This has gotta be the first time I ever seen a cop say we aren't going to arrest you when you got dcfs case, warrants and you being belligerent.
