Help me understand, because I am confused. Do you mean 1 on 1 bible studies after the fact that you guys mention you like each other? Because what about bible study groups, you guys were friends doing bible studies together, having a Christ foundation, etc. Our walk with God is personal, yes, but I don’t see the harm in the occasional bible study like once a week.

May i ask why do we have this weird relationship with intimacy as Christian's🥺 it's like everybody tiptoes arounds it. I have never heard that we shouldn't read our bibles and pray with people we are interested in so I'm trying to gain clarity on what might possible have brung y'all to this.

the Bible tells us to be equally yolked with all relationships in our lives, both platonic and romantic. So why would you not want to pray and Bible study with your sister in Christ and/or future wife?

Since I came to Christ , I’ve had so many men ask to do Bible study with me and it did not sit right in my spirit. So I always decline. You just put what I’ve been feeling into words, thank ya!
