My aunt taught me if you’re going to wear heels you WEAR THEM, I wasn’t aloud to bring a change of shoes and now I bring a pair of heels as my backup if my first pair of heels hurt 😂

Heavy on the no casual clothes. Getting dressed well for the day will subconciously tell your brain its time to accomplish things. Plus, your non-casual clothes BECOME your casual clothes, so even when you have to get dressed up you're confident and comfy! Plus it boosts self esteem 😌
