Yes! I am an esthetician and worked in a spa. Following the massage sit up very slowly and drink that water. Massage also releases toxins and the water flushes that out of the body. Sending love to all!

yeah, but with hEDS there are fascial restrictions and muscle adhesions and there is a need to go deep and hard.

I have hEDS and got a massage chair in January-an Iboomas R8606 with heat, oxygen ion, and even a rocking feature. It has helped so much! Pretty sure it aided in healing from a spontaneous csf leak.

I had a great massage with a myofacial release specialist. She was wonderful and it felt great. Weird thing happened, afterwards my vision was blurry for a couple hours.

Yes! The Osteo I saw felt good at the time but then I felt sick for hours and pain the next day 😳. Now I have an EDS physio and I’m so much improved - she’s my white witch 💖
