The island is the best. If the ferry is too busy they do have private boats that take you across.

Next time go to Wards island! Boat is less packed. The beach is much nicer and quieter. Cute little cafe, big park, a boardwalk. Sooo much better!

FYI there is a legal nude beach on the island. Just a heads up for you when you are exploring. No surprises 🤣🤣🤣
