Remap / Twix Breakdown 1: precompose your scene. 2: ctrl shift d every frame when there’s move ment. 3: select all the split parts with shift (from bottom to top). 4: slide the end of the clip to the left (we are shrinking the clips to be 1 frame worth of length. 5: key assistant sequence layer. 6: precompose. 7: apply Twix settings. 8: precompose. 9: ctrl shift T to time remap then lastly graph it.

One thing that helped me a ton was using twixtor frame mode instead of speed. You can just put keyframes and then select what frame (first frame input is 0)
