Also Canadian and I agree with you 100% but the info you provided on the investment accounts isn’t accurate 2 things: 1) the money you put into your TFSA isn’t tax free, you paid income taxes on it, but the earnings in the account are; 2) FHSA is not a tax deferred account it is tax free - tax deductible and tax free earnings, its the best one from a tax perspective!
