eyes are self cleaning. it's ok to use once in a while if you have something in your eye that you need to get out immediately. but menthol (which is what gives the cooling) destroys the surface of the eye

I just tried it and my eyes feel amazing. They actually feel like I can see a little better. I have extremely dry eyes so this was like giving my eyeballs a nice shower. It does have a warming sensation to it not painful but like a nice warm. I definitely recommend 10/10.
