@hv_cablejointer: Before starting any terminating, I always carry out a sheath test on the cables to make sure there is no damage to the outer sheath, this step is crucial. Photos are taken of all the results, complete with location, time stamps, and a references to each cable. I’ve been using CompanyCam for a while now to keep my phone storage free, it’s great for organizing photos into project specific folders. It also makes creating reports on site quick and easy.
Good to see you sheath testing. Was told to reverse the polarity to combat osmoendosmosis. Tend to do that now once I read up on it. Let me know your thoughts 👍
