Beautiful judgment by the judge…not sophisticated at all but straightforward. The legal principle states that you cannot be engaged in both a customary and civil marriage. A court of law must first dissolve the customary marriage for one to proceed with a civil marriage and this was not done hence the Judge nullified the civil marriage and upheld the customary marriage
