I have been taking Electrolytes of an evening seems to really help and Magnesium glystonight think that's how u spell it lol they are brilliant take one in the morning and one at night have seemed to really help with my cramps ,hope u feel more human soon x

Do you sleep with a pillow in between your knees to keep your pelvis in neutral? I totally understand, I had endo all over my sacral ligaments and had the exact pain central lower back and at the dimples in my back. Are you due another operation? Xx

I go abroad and get cbd oil the real cbd oil and it does help. it takes a few weeks yo kick in, but if you can go abroad and get the highest strength. I was crippled 24/7 before I started and now I have a week or 2 with doing and having a normalish life xxx
