He could have been having a type of seizure or another medical emergency. This is awful how we’ve become, how are you guys on the train seeing this and doing nothing. Did someone at least pull the emergency lever to alert staff?

Please, if you see someone struggling, please help them you never know, they might have fainted. It happened to me last week on the Central line; I fainted just before the door opened. Thankfully, a man nearby helped me, or I could’ve gotten hurt 😭

I remember a few years ago, myself & family were going to the hospital & found someone like this in the street. He was diabetic & was having a hypo, yiu can tell if the breath smells like the sweet pear drops. We stayed until the ambulance came. People need to care more, on day it could be them & want help.🙏🏾
