People blame the parents but these days kids simply won't listem to their parents as society has made it a fashion to disrespect. Kids can act a certain way in the streets and diff @ home. They're 14 and has enough brain cells to know what they did. Leave the parents,we dunno what out kids do in the streets

why ask that question if an example isn't set on teens that feel they'd get off because they are minors then it's time things change and charges are laid as adults if you are capable of doing adult brutality crimes then you can be trialed as adults
