@cookinginthemidwest: #sponsored Jalapeño Popper Pasta Salad is an easy and delicious side dish for all of the Summer get-togethers! @Land O’Lakes INGREDIENTS 16 oz cooked pasta, any shape 1 cup mayo 1 ranch seasoning packet 1/3 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped 1 tbsp of the juice from the jar of jalapeños 8 oz bag Land O Lakes® Sharp White and Medium Cheddar Cheese Cubes 8 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 fresh jalapeño, sliced INSTRUCTIONS Boil 16 oz of pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let cool completely. In a large bowl, combine mayo, a ranch seasoning packet, chopped pickled jalapeños, and 1 tbsp of the juice from the jar of jalapeños. Stir everything together well. Add the cooked pasta, Land O Lakes® Sharp White and Medium Cheddar Cheese Cubes, and most of the bacon to the bowl. I like to save some bacon and a few cheese cubes for the top of the pasta salad. Stir well and top the pasta salad with more bacon, a few cheese cubes, and some sliced fresh jalapeños. Enjoy!
