This is so nuanced….i felt like generally yes “older white man” are good to younger more attractive minority women….but they also are not going to push your name forward willingly without boundaries passed.

Nope! Miss HR, it's the mindset of these crazy micromanaging managers who have serious insecurities, serious self hate, come from terrible upbringing etc. HR is the worst too.

I can’t believe as a problack person I am going to say this but no they are the best supervisors but they are better supervision 🤷🏾♀️in my experience you get a minority man or woman and you know it’s coming. Something is coming
