I have fake stained glass film as well. I used it hide the view of the cat tower from my living room. It was a pain with my windows, but I love it. Rainbows everywhere during the morning hours.

Make sure that your window is secured so nobody can break in. There is securing hardware at the hardware store that you can get to fix that.

people always test these during the day when you can barely see inside anyways. to properly test it you have to turn on the lights and go outside when it's dark! I have this exact one and they are super useful but not quite as opaque as they seem during the day
