Well, I had this thing call Alice in wonderland syndrome where everything feels so fast and feels heavy at the same time they became gigantic and small again. This triggers when the room is to silent or when you’re stressing to much.

Oohh God, so it's not me alone. Yeah, like circles expanding and yet contracting. Whenever I get that dream I wake up sick the next day. It's my sign of knowing that I'm sick.

wait a danm minute... mine weren't dreams tho, I would just close my eyes and try to sleep and I can see the shapes and what not. I got upset at one point when i was younger at a sleep over because i couldn't sleep

I always dreamt that a ball was rolling endlessly on a very dangerous pattern like pin ball game dream but I would be so on edge while sleeping because I felt like I was the ball even though I was just watching it , I had the same dream every night for years and I still think about it
