My DM screwed up and gave me a Homebrew magical time that let me cast lvl 8, and 9 spells like cantrips. I was a lvl 19 druid. turns out casting Firestorm and tornado together does a lot of damage to plant based creatures.

In My last campaign my character (lian, lvl 6 water Genasi Barbarian/fighter) decided to brawl with one of the other players, his brother (geo, earth genasi Monk/cleric). He attacked with his home brewed great hammer, used action surge and extra attack. Rolled a crit 3 times in that turn and landed 7 of his 8 attacks. Rolled highly on all attacks which were 1D12 +strength modifier+ one D6 cold damage. He also had homebrewed magic bracers that adds another 2D6+ he was raging which added 2 to each successful attack. By the end of his first attack the DM just ruled geo knocked unconscious because he came within 1 hit point of total death. Im so upset the campaign ended due to the dm’s new job. Although maybe for the better,my character just got a new homebrewed weapon ( trident of torrent 5D10 cold damage +2d6 with bracers+strength modifier+ 2 when raging). The campaign was heavy in both combat and RP. Haven’t found a new group yet to play with though so I’ve just been creating character sheets and applying to new groups😔
