St Lucia be having seamoss that expands which is not good. When u put seamoss in the water it should stay skinny like spaghetti noodles lol like this. If it expands it isn’t good for you. You guys need to check dr Debi’s old vids where he explain’s this a lot of us don’t be getting the right seamoss
