Pound the chicken breasts until they are an even thickness for quick and even cooking. In a small bowl mix together 1 tsp lemon pepper. 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper and Season both sides of the chicken. 2. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F). Remove from heat and let rest before cutting into pieces. 3. Make the Caesar Dressing, In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Juice of 1 lemon, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper and Whisk until well combined (Reserve some for dipping). 4. Chop the lettuce and the cooked chicken, add it to the dressing. Add in the Parmesan shavings and croutons, toss everything together until well coated in the dressing. 5. Warm your tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Add a generous amount of the Caesar salad in the middle of the tortilla. 6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Toast the wrap for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden.
