I have extremely intense anxiety, derealization, and I’ve also had headaches. Now I feel like my eye is twitching or fluttering, and it’s as if something is pressing on me — I’m in serious discomfort. I also feel like my blood pressure is dropping and I’m dizzy. (My blood tests and everything else are normal.) What should I do? Is this really just anxiety, or is something wrong with my brain?

I have anxiety insomnia and also everytime i close my eyes and anytime im on edge of sleep i jerk awake and my heart starts pounding making it impossible to fall asleep ever no matter how exhausted and ready to sleep i am. I can only sleep after a day or two of not sleeping when im so exhausted that my brain needs to shut down and even then i sleep for 4 hours max and panic the moment i wake up
