I put my tube in a cup of warm water while im putting on my makeup. Then I put it on top of my bags when my make up is “dry”. I used Matte only foundation and PTR goes right on top.

You can also use it under the eyebrow where we get a little bit of crispiness/wrinkles. Gives you a bit of an eye left affect. Try it 😁

Yessss I have always put it over my make up ! Bc when I did what it said it didn’t work for me at all . Tried it over my foundation (that is not silicone based) n boom works like a charm.
