Never use hot glue to glue glass pieces together. It only holds temporarily and comes apart. Best to use E 6000 glue for a permanent hold.

use E6000 instead of hot glue. it bonds to glass way better. if that glass ever heats up from sunlight or higher temps, it'll soften the glue and the candle holders will come apart.

If you want it to stay forever add some e6000 when you put the hot glue on otherwise when you wash it the hot glue will fall apart
