have you gotten a referral for allergies. my daughter looked exactly the same and she turned out to be severely allergic to cats and dogs contact dermities looks similar to excema but completelydifferent. it's not always food related allergies. she didn't respond to steroid creams at all.

Try breastmilk! I have eczema too. My baby had a couple of small patches on his arm, neck, and back. Two days of 2xs breastmilk and it went away.
