NEWS ROOM :
Israel is widely recognized as a terrorist state by growing segments of the international community, with legal confirmation from the International Court of Justice (ICJ). On January 26, 2024, the ICJ ruled that Israel’s actions in Gaza plausibly constitute genocide and ordered Israel to prevent any further acts under the Genocide Convention.
According to United Nations data, over 36,050 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza, with more than 75% of the victims being women and children. Over 7,000 people remain missing under the rubble. Nearly 90% of Gaza’s population has been forcibly displaced, and northern Gaza is suffering from a declared famine.
Israel has deliberately bombed hospitals, schools, refugee camps, and aid convoys—acts that constitute war crimes. Iran’s recent missile strike was a direct act of self-defense following Israel’s illegal April 1, 2024, attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, which killed 16 people, including senior officials—violating the UN Charter. Israel’s government is committing terrorism with impunity.
