I've heard many stories about bad boys being junk. we bought a snapper 60 inch in 2013 ish 640 hours it mows about 6-7 acres of roadside next to fields hits rock sticks all the junk. it looks as good as your mower. it's literally in mint condition it's so sad to see

if it makes you feel better I bought mine in 2022 and it just had a sticker there and first wash it came off lol hour meter broke I'm at around 50 hours still going good

mid range residential mower. fine for most home owners. hard pass for me. cut quality isn't great. plenty good for some of my friends.

mine is a 2014 54" magnum I've had minimal issues with it in almost 12 years. I've only replaced the deck belt and brake cable. it's about time for the drive belt and seat. but over all I'm very well satisfied with it for the price I paid.

It can happen to any brand. That was probably one of the defected ones. I have bought several Badboys & no issues. I bought a $8k Scag Commercial mower & I had paint chipping on deck two weeks in.Always remember you have a 2 year Warranty on the Badboy for defects or poor Craftsmanship. Don't sweat the small stuff.

If you bought from a dealer send your salesman some pics he will get it warrantied. If you bought from a big box store then that’s why you got a cheaper price lmao
