My daughter ages 11 said she wanted to be a boy, I asked her why. She told me about hair and clothes and gaming (she also had a friend who wanted to be a boy). I told her she can do all those things as a girl, she replied “ok cool” never mentioned it again.

you can't equate a child/teenager transitioning to doing drugs/alcohol or "going to war". if the child decides and the parents are ok with it it really is no one's business what they do ..

As a trans man who came out to everyone at the age of 18 and haven’t started hormones yet I 100% agree with you anyone under the age of 18 should not be starting their transition until they are older and actually know that it’s what they want cuz once it’s done you can’t go back

Agreed. Im not against someone transitioning- I think they need to have counseling (not cuz. i think its wrong) as well. To confirm this is what they want, for what the future will bring with emotions, family, etc.

I was an absolute tomboy as a kid - when I was a young adult I consistently had people tell me that I was trans and needed to embrace It. The pressure was real. They were wrong. Let kids be kids - we figure it out.
