For everyone saying “that’s too much seasoning “ these are all herbs and spices and generally have no flavor by themselves SALT is a flavor enhancer so the salt will work as an “activator” for the spices. It’s not over seasoned it’s going to have different depths of flavor. Theres more to life than salt and pepper people

When you de-glaze before putting the broth you can put red wine instead, just a little... cook off the alcohol and then pour in the broth... it will help loosen the sook from the bottom of the pan.
