We had the same issue on night one with wrist bands too. They didn’t give us any and sent us on a wild goose chase to find them!!!!

I had a similar issue at renaissance tour at Tottenham! We were gold circle and got let in without wristbands and then no staff knew what we were talking about. They are so disorganised, it’s a shame they don’t seem to have got much better in two years. Sorry for your experience, you look incredible. Hope you get more tickets ❤️

This happened to me and my friend too! Had club hodown and had to argue with staff that were trying to tell us we were in standing west, they all seemed so clueless was baffled! they kept asking for our tickets and didn’t seem to believe that we had been told to pick them up there, was a whole mess! Sorry you had to go through this disappointment gal 🥺

I had a similar issue with the wristband… I went out of the stadium to go to the bathroom and when I tried to get back in, they said I needed a blue wristband which I was never given nor told about… had to go all the way outside and explain the situation and prove it’s for me etc etc. My friend was in ho down waiting for me, and she would’ve had the same issue when she left the stadium to go to the loo etc, so I asked them for two wristbands so I could give one to her, they said no and that she had to come out herself. She wasn’t feeling great that day so this was so not ideal to have to trek out when she just wanted to sit on the floor and rest until the show started. Anyway, she went out and they wouldn’t give her a wristband because they thought she had taken my ticket and trying to get extra wristbands (makes no sense because we had our official ho down wristbands on which prove we have genuine tickets…). Anyway she called me and said I had to come back out to prove we have two paper tickets… I was making my way back, and before I got there some other staff member approved and gave her the wristband. So I had made a trip for nothing and I was exhausted too at this point. Anyway, long story short it was a mess and they were so disorganised and rude. I’ve gotten in touch with Ticketmaster but they’re so slow. I know it’s slightly different as I didn’t miss that runway moment but I just want to say I completely understand your frustration with the wristbands. Nobody said we needed them and nobody offered them when entering the stadium. I expect some compensation or refund from TM as I didn’t receive the experience I paid for. Your outfit looks amazing and I hope you get something from the complaint
