if only odst gameplay was actually fun 😬

Adibrouette :

and they killed him inside a BOOK 💔💔

mvf :

For some weird reason I find rookie relatable

The Simp :

It's the only Halo game where you are a regular soldier. Not blasting through hordes of Covenant like your Spartan counterparts. You're not a super soldier, you're a soldier. alone, outnumbered, outgunned, wandering for your team. Hoping you get to see the sun rise once more.

Halo 3 odst was meant to feel more dark/ gritty more like the harsh reality of things of just being a little more above the average joe marine. The game did really make you feel like you were in the shoes of Rookie so the game succeeded in that. Love the game no matter what. wish microsoft would’ve made a helldiveresque game 😔

Writhe :

it sucks that he gets killed by his own kind too. Hate how he died

average_sage :

When they introduced the rookie. I was so excited that bungie were exploring a new character and was hoping they would make more spinoffs. Then 343 was like nah let’s just focus on the chief 💀
