I’m so glad you said this. The BF group I’m in suggests pumping every 2-3 hours if they’re sleeping but it never made sense to me if our supply is based on supply and demand! I don’t wake up either 🤷🏻♀️

I gave her a bottle before bed the other night and didn’t pump because I expected her to be up in a few hours, she slept her first 7 hour stretch. I got up at 2am and pumped 13.5 ounces lol. Only reason I stopped was because my spectra bottle was overflowing and spraying out of the hole! I do a dream feed now before I go to sleep

I always wanna ask people who say their baby is sleeping through the night…. Does she sleep soundly literally all night long? Or does she fuss sometimes and wake up and put herself back to sleep? My baby does the later
