if your in the crosswalk you have right of way, but if you look left and right and there is a car coming dont go unless you can time not being in that lane when the car passes. the car will still win

driving on the East coast is literally insane! everytime I've been out there and drove, no matter what plates are in the car they drive like that. and with hoe narrow some of the roads can be out there, so scary! good luck girl!

I think you should def stop for cross walks, but the only thing that may be your fault is driving in the left lane, its really supposed to be for passing only but if you wanna cruise in it you have to be going like 80 min

ugh I hate when people stop for crosswalks, the car can get out of the walkers way much faster than the walker can get out of the cars way, there's a reason the person is waiting to step into the crosswalk until the road is clear

If you are in the left lane, get to the right, left lane is for passing not cruising. If you are in the right, screw ‘em, you aren’t doing anything wrong.

People are always in a hurry. Usually crosswalks have a button so people will wait for the light. They wouldn’t just walk across whenever, although sometimes people do.

the only time you have to worry about someone tailgating is if ur in the left lane, if ur in the left lane and someone gets up behind you that means “get out of my way.” also unless you see the person stop and/or wave you ahead don’t ever assume they will stop just in general so many ppl just do not care
