i find these agenda piece videos hilarious but you guys seem to forget that 90% of regular pirates are on the same level or even worse than celestial dragons.They raid villages and towns unprovoked and act like they are kings including 🍇for sure.At least celestial dragons are an extremely small fraction of their numbers and appear very rarely on normal towns/cities.
