crunch imo is more for fit people like newbies don’t start at crunch. Planet fitness is definitely more welcoming for newbies. Also, I feel like crunch machines are not organized, they are kinda of thrown there lmao

One where you feel comfortable. Crunch is overwhelming and over crowded. The same results can be achieved at planet fitness. Also find a local gym instead of big box gyms.

Love crunch only thing I don’t like is there’s no dedicated space to stretch or have more privacy. Like, I don’t want to thread the needle in front of the entire gym 😭

I’d love to try Crunch but the closest location is 40 minutes away. The closest PF is 5 minutes from my house. Easy choice. Sometimes, people stay at PF because they don’t have other options

I would have said Crunch until they replaced all machines with new equipment, added plate loaded machines and half racks with platforms at my PF.
