I got charged with class a class b and class c only had £100 pound worth off class a and 40£ class b and they got my phones with evidence off me i have been on bail on tag have I got a chance off not going ??

This isn't true. They will not let out prisoners early, only depending on there offences. Secondly. If you commit a crime which holds a higher sentence and risk to public , it's so many different situations, Just delayed maybe... I agree with some of what you're saying. But debatable
