I just be doing it as a proportion and solve for x, easiest methods, but there’s many ways to do it.

In 6 seconds you have 24 liters. In 3 seconds you will have half the amount cus a full 6 seconds gets you 24. So in 6 seconds out of 9 seconds you will have 24 liters plus an additional 3 seconds to equal 9 total seconds, which will be 12 liters. So it’s simply 24+12. Which is 36

ngl i just did since 6 seconds is 24Liters half of 6 is 3 seconds is 12Liters so 9 seconds is 36 liters

Divide in half then add half to 24 to be 36 because half is 12 so then 24+12=36 and you’re only adding 3 seconds which is Half of 6 so you’d do it that way
