In a bowl add *1/4 cup Soy sauce *1 Tbsp Onion powder *1 Tbsp Garlic powder *1 Tbsp dried Oregano *1 Tsp Cayenne (more if desired) *1 Tsp ground Ginger *2 Tbsp Worcestershire *2 Tbsp Honey *3-4 Tbsp of @Heath Riles BBQ Competition Rub or Rub of your choice **Mix and refrigerate for 2 hours **Place chops on a 300 degree grill and place away from the flame. SAVE THE MARINADE!
