I’m going on my second, and the Frida mom after birth underwear is honestly the same as the always period underwear (info given to me by a 4kiddo momma and I’ve also used them on a regular basis) sprays are everything, also heard cooling pads work wonders!

The ice packs are the most underrated thing I feel like. I didn’t think I would need them but they made such a huge difference in my pain. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

If you don’t have it already buy the Haakaa. It’s a silicon manual breast pump. I loved it 😍 I always placed it on the opposite b00b that the baby was nursing on, it collects about 5 oz of letdown to help you build your milk supply.

Your insurance should cover your breast pump. Just have your doctor write you a prescription for it.
