@isa.bell.a00: i never thought eczema would take over my life so much, i thought it was genuinely just dry skin. over time i was able to learn that it isn’t just your body but also mental health, stress, what you eat, and honestly everything. After suffering and realizing this i learned i had to put myself first remove myself from situations stop doing certain things but overall you can see the change in my skin and my happiness. It was a hard struggle and after tears and smiles i’ve finally been able to be at the best point in my life with my skin reflecting that. This has been a clear sign to me that everything you do and who you surround yourself with really reflects not only on your mental health but your physical health too. #warning #ihateeczema #eczema
