This DLC is MUCH better than Shadow of the Edrtree.. There were literally 2 good bosses in the DLC, Messmer and Rellana, while in the Lies of P DLC, literally all the bosses are much more balanced and better.

Gameplay wise Lies of P is a great game, but aesthetically, lore, environments and character wise? It’s an absolute phenomenal game that deserves more recognition. This dlc had me constantly wondering “Okay but when does this take place?!” And unlike SOTE, I didn’t have any characters or bosses I like wanted to see and was disappointed when they didn’t show up, you learn so much about the lore in Overture, and you actually get a proper lead up to Arlecchino, his name is mentioned by someone (forgor who), you hear about him in notes, and you can listen to an audio recorder of him killing people, when you get to the end of the charity house, and you hear Lea fighting, you know exactly who she’s fighting. And god is he terrifying
