Love this product... exfoliate gently, pat dry. Apply cream in semi thick layer and if your hair is this and more coarse recommend lesson it on for 15 minutes. No burn, no ingrowns

You’re using the wrong side of the tool. You use the curved edge for places with dips like the back and forth the rounded inner part you use that on places like ridges (ex. Arm, knee, etc.)
