Practicing these in my life starting today. I want to practice meditating on scripture from Jesus. I used to be sooo intentional!! Doing the 1:1 rule, quiet walks, and cold showers but I gave myself an inch and took a mile. Now I’m back at ground zero. Thank you!! 💛

I have a strong feeling that humans attention span are getting shorter as an instinctual response to the fact that we know the earth’s habitable environment for humans is dwindling so people want to experience everything see everything now and never focusing on building substance in their life. It’s a sad but real time for humanity.
