I bless God this is 1 year plus I left colos and mamba it no really easy but with God it went so easy cos I remember back then I can't eat or sleep or do anything without taking atleast half bag a day even sometime turn to dealer please my advice is if you want to start dont even think of starting and if you are already doing it please try to leave it Gradually it not really easy tho but with determination you will get there 💯 please cos me I was addicted and with the grace of God I don't smoke 🚭 it again over a year plus 🙏💯

My best advice for ppl smoking this Colo is just find your way to any big hospital for a text then they will prescribe meds for you just follow the way they told you to use it then eat fruit and eat food well then drink water well aje you no fit use pass 4 days the kind sleep way the person to sleep if nah 8 the person sleep nah till 12 the next day him go way
