And as you’re saying, you can classify with it class two misdemeanor for deleting the emission controls and registering it in another state to avoid so emission controls that is not illegal because if he still lives in another state or his sister does as long as you can get insurance on the vehicle that will cover you in the vehicle that’s not illegal What could be illegal is using the truck in the environment that says an omission controlled vehicles not allowed or are not permitted

I hate to be so rude but as a mechanic deleting those so-called emission controls, it’s actually doing more help for the motor then it is harm. with all these with all these emissions controls . They put on trucks nowadays they’re doing more harm than they are good and you really got us think that putting a corrosive liquid into an emission systems that is being blown out of an exhaust back into the air that’s terrible all these DOT and official enforcements out there nowadays are always quick to pull us over with hauling has met, but never taken to consideration. They were actually putting more of these harmful humans into the air with all the missing controls so I do have to correct you there that’s why the EPA put some on trucks. No, the EPA is looking out for their benefit to be able to tax more on things to create with air quotes a cleaner environment. They’re really not doing any better than they are doing more harm
