@tanja_s: United Airlines sucks!! I feel bad for the flight attendants they truly do try to recover what the airlines FU. Constant delays, constant mechanical problems, people missing their connecting flights, no customer service recovery. If you have to choose United VS spirit I would choose spirit at least you know you won’t be delayed or miss a connecting flight they will get u there. My compliments to the pilots but airline is awful
